Karl Fischer titration is one of the world’s most frequently applied laboratory methods.

A titer determination or a sample analysis can be quite tricky sometimes. You may encounter results which are not reproducible or a drift value that is constantly too high and not as stable as you expect it to be.

This course is designed for the everyday Metrohm Karl Fischer Titration user.

Outcome

By the end of the course, participants will have working knowledge of the following:

• How to reach a low and stable drift value

• The steps of cleaning and maintenance of electrodes
• 
How to dissolve samples completely

• How to run and evaluate a temperature gradient

• The tricks to avoid over titration
