Analysis of pharmaceutical samples workshop | Melbourne, 17 May 2018
17 May 2018-9:00 AM-2:15 PM
Workshop
Metrohm Australia invites you to a workshop designed specifically for the analysis in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical samples.
From raw material inspection via formulation to final product quality control.
From titration to particle characterisation, be grinding of tablets for subsequent analysis or characterisation of the size and shape of granules for pill preforms, this seminar will introduce the participants to the instrumentation and applications for the various stages of the production cycle starting from raw material inspection via formulation to final product quality control.
Karl Fischer: In contrast to other water determination techniques, Karl Fischer titration is specific: water – and only water – is determined. With an application range between 10µg and 10mg absolute water content (Coulometry) or 0.1% to 100% water content (Volumetry), Karl Fischer titration is used in a wide variety of industries. Solids, liquids, and gases can be added directly to the titration cell to have their water content determined.
Spectroscopy solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical analysis: Metrohm near-infrared (NIR) and Raman analysers provide safety and add value at each step in your production process. Metrohm spectroscopy analysers are fast, safe and very economical.
Retsch and Retsch Technology: Automatic mortar and pestle grinders, laboratory mills and Camsizer X2 analysis of size and shape of particles will be presented and discussed at the event. Equipments
