Björn Christensen is working at Metrohm AG International Headquarters as the Head of the Competence Center Software/Workflow/Platforms. He is currently working on his Master thesis of his international executive MBA program.

The topic: Researching the impact of the digital transformation in case of customer perception and needs of future digital products in the field of chemical analytical system environments. This in order to understand how this transformation has to take place as a basis for the introduction of new business models, product categories and digital services.
